Rental Application

Download a Rental Application Form by clicking on the PDF link on the left side:

1.  Save the PDF file to your computer & follow instructions;

2.  Complete all fields. The Rental Application can be completed on your computer in PDF, or by hand;

3.  Print all forms on your printer;

4.  All forms must be signed by all parties;

5.  Include a photocopy of all parties Driver’s License(s) or State ID(s);

6.  Mail completed original forms to us, or deliver them in person to our office together with 3 checks: (a) $25 for Credit Check & Application Fee, (b) First Month Rent Check, and (c) Prepaid Last Month Rent Check.  We do not take Security Deposits;

7.  A credit and a criminal background check will be performed on all applications;

8.  One Application Form, and One Credit Check & Application Fee ($25) per applicant/person please.  Only married couples can be listed jointly on one application form as an applicant & a co-applicant, with one fee;

9.  Incomplete applications may be returned, and/or result in delays in processing.
